Sejarah dah nunjukin pemimpin2 hebat kayak Napoleon di masa perang, Franz Beckenbauer di dunia sepak bola, n Ir Soekarno juga. Soalnya pada dasarnya setiap orang punya potensi mimpin. Tapi hanya sedikit yg bisa gunain potensi kepemimpinannya. Karena mang memimpin ga segampang itu, aq sndri penah ngrasain.

Ga nyangka tenyata sekarang dah bulan ke-9 dari 12 bulan jatah qu (SK Dekan bilangnya mpe 31 Des 09) sebagai ketua HMJ Admin Bisnis Undip Semarang. Tu brati dah 75% waktu yg ku pake. Aku berharap di sisa waktu 25% ni, ada hal yg masih bisa ku berikan buat HMJ Admin Bisnis.

Detik ini masih bingung aku akan menulis apa. Awalnya di dalam sel otakku sudah bergumul ide-ide yang siap dituangkan. Entah mengapa. tiba-tiba ide itu hilang entah kemana.
Yang jelas, ilham dari lahirnya blog ini adalah buat kumpulan ide and pengalaman tentang kepemimpinan dan leadership (tu beda loh).
Yah... semoga saja nanti ide itu keluar lagi.
